Brian Wilson is a sole practitioner practicing under the name “Brian Wilson Law”, located in Ottawa, Ontario. Brian formerly practiced law with John Farah under the name “Farah & Associates” for 15 years until Brian purchased the practice from Mr. Farah at the beginning of 2013.
Brian has 24 years of experience working in the following areas: real estate, business transactions, commercial leasing, corporations, business or real estate related litigation and wills and estates. The firm’s clientele consists mainly of individuals and small businesses. Real Estate is Brian’s biggest area of practice and he has two highly experienced real estate clerks to assist him with the workload associated with handling over 500 real estate deals per year. Brian has a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Toronto. His background has positioned him well to practice business law.
